Serdar Ünlütürk is a Director of Photography, born in İstanbul.

In 1996 he began his career as a gaffer and continuous his experience as D.o.P since 2011. Between these years as a gaffer, he worked many successful films & commercials.

His first film “A Holyday” brought him “Best Cinematography” nomination at the “Golden Orange” Film Festival, 2013. Also the film won the “Best Film” award.

His other project “Groom’s Block” , he tells the prison story with a very good framing and atmosphere because of his thoughtful technical choices, “Groom’s Block” became the cover of British broadcast magazine ‘DarkMatter’. The film received awards from

“Harlem “& “Sofia”Film Festivals.

The short film (German,Türkish co-production) “And Me” brought him “Best Cinematography “ award from “Hollywood” Film Festival.

“And Me”won also six more awards including ‘Best Film’.

Film, “The Hive” he won the award “Golden Sycamore”

“Best Cinematography” from “Kayseri” Film festival.

“The Hive” won three more awards including ‘Best Director’.

Also “The Hive “ won six awards from Chelsea Film Festival Oct.2020. One is “Best Cinematography”
